Media Strategy • Media Buying • Data Management • New Media • Analytics
• Lead and manage end-to-end technical projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Utilize Agile methodologies to drive project execution and delivery. • Work closely with cross-functional teams including data engineers, architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines. • Provide technical guidance and oversight to the project team, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices. • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes. • Coordinate and allocate resources effectively, balancing project demands with team capabilities. • Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and any issues encountered. • Ensure comprehensive documentation of project plans, technical specifications, and other relevant materials. • Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure that project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Experience in technical project management, preferably within the data engineering or data architecture domain. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus. • Strong understanding of data engineering, data architecture, and related technologies. Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Monday.com). • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Familiarity with managing projects against Risk & Controls. Well versed in SDLC and Audit requirements. Experience in the media and advertising industry.
