• Manage Creative Automation projects through all phases, ensuring alignment with automation potential during creative stages and overseeing asset templatisation, production, QC (quality control), and delivery in technical phases. • Provide technical guidance during creative phases to ensure technical viability and effective project planning for smooth transitions into the tech phase. • Collaborate closely with designers, account managers, project managers, and developers to maintain seamless communication. • Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of multiple projects, adhering to timelines. • Support project managers in developing, verifying and monitoring precise project timelines and budgets. • Collaborate with project managers to own resource allocation across projects to maximise efficiency. • Create, manage, and debug data feeds, including media feeds. Basic proficiency in spreadsheets and familiarity with Google Formulas is essential. • Oversee virtual asset rendering via AWS and resolve any rendering-related issues. • For smaller campaigns: review assets for QC, ensure design adherence, and document bugs. Oversee bug fixes. • For larger campaigns: brief and manage external QC agency. • Support account managers in liaising with external stakeholders. • Support fellow tech project managers to create and maintain project documentation, ensuring knowledge sharing and consistency in project execution.
• 3-5 years of hands-on technical project management experience. • Strong organisational skills, capable of managing and prioritising multiple projects effectively. • High attention to detail, ensuring the production of high-quality deliverables. • Basic proficiency in spreadsheets and a familiarity with Google formulas. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, promoting effective collaboration. • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms for non-technical team members. • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to address challenges and ensure timely project delivery. • Adapt to changing circumstances, reprioritise tasks, and develop solutions to meet evolving project requirements while staying composed under pressure. • Embrace learning by doing, take initiative, and work independently, being open to learning from mistakes with our support.
