• Deliver strategic marketing strategies to align with business growth plans. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the energy sector. • Utilise market insights to inform strategic decision-making and identify areas for growth and differentiation. • Enhance brand awareness and perception through effective messaging, storytelling, and brand-building initiatives. • Create compelling marketing collateral, sales tools, and presentations to support product launches, software releases, and sales campaigns. • Monitor the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels. • Review campaign performance, analyse metrics, and optimise strategies to maximise ROI. • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders including customers, investors, industry influencers and media contacts. • Attend industry events, conferences and trade shows to build brand awareness, gather competitive intelligence, and manage the event.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in strategic marketing roles within a scientific/technical B2B environment, ideally with some experience in the G&G sector. • Track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that achieve measurable results and drive business growth. • A strong interest in digital evolution, AI, and its application to subsurface technology. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. • Creative thinker with a flair for innovation. • Leadership experience in cross-functional collaboration and team management. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly. • Highly motivated and innovative individual with a willingness and ability to travel. • Educated to degree level in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
