• Responsible for driving the development and optimization of products that enable accurate measurement and insightful attribution of marketing efforts. • Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative products focused on marketing measurement and attribution. • Advocate for a user-centric approach, collaborating with Product design to ensure functionality meet the needs of end-users.
• Product Management Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on marketing measurement and attribution products. • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. • Marketing Knowledge: In-depth understanding of marketing principles, measurement techniques, and attribution models. Experience working with marketing teams to align product goals with marketing strategies. • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with software development processes and technologies. Ability to work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications. • User Experience Focus: Demonstrated ability to discover and deliver products that prioritize user experience and customer satisfaction. Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges. Ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions under pressure. • Collaboration: Proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams. Ability to build consensus and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
