• We’re building an industrial-strength carbon accounting solution for the companies that buy from the world’s most polluting sectors. Our product has rapidly grown to serve dozens of the world’s largest commodity traders and their financing banks, and we’re accelerating growth into manufacturing. • We’re looking for a Product Manager to work closely with the leadership and tech teams to guide this growth. We need somebody who loves to spend time with users and buyers, with a passion for sustainability and understanding complex organisations. We’re at an inflection point where the number of different use cases supported by our platform is burgeoning, and we’d love to hire a PM with a strong instinct for synthesis who can unify the product around the most impactful user journeys, and identify opportunities for new offerings. • We’re a small team of versatile technologists and we don’t believe in a siloed approach. As a PM, you’ll be working with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to build solutions to facilitate the transition to net-zero.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication • Experience with building technical software products in high growth environments • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence small teams of engineers towards a common goal • Fluency in data and how to make data-driven product decisions • Experience evaluating product decisions and prioritisation trade-offs • Experience as a founder • Designing and leading the development of data platforms that aggregate customer data to drive actionable insights and product innovation • Building products in a technical role (data science, engineering) • Decarbonisation, specifically carbon accounting • Financial institutions, specifically trade commodity finance
• 26 days of annual leave • Home office set up allowance of £500 • £2,000 annual learning allowance • Private healthcare • Generous parental leave policy • Team lunches once a week in the office • Subsidized gym classes, office gym, and cycle to work scheme.
