• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on tech roles • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the tech industry • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs • Utilise data-driven insights to improve recruitment processes • Support the development of people-focused initiatives • Act as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters • Contribute to continuous improvement of people processes • Assist in fostering a positive and inclusive company culture • Design and deliver training programs for new hiring managers

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in a similar role within a startup environment • Exceptional communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Strong skills in stakeholder management • Expertise in handling complex, sensitive situations with confidentiality and sound judgment • Driven by mission and impact, with a passion for contributing to a purpose-driven organisation • Eager to learn from others and open to new ideas and approaches
