Description

• The Recruitment Coordinator will be part of the global Recruiting & Talent Development team, focused on data management, delivering interview coordination, sourcing strategies and candidate engagement to support our global recruitment efforts. This candidate should be flexible and will flourish if they are comfortable working in a high paced and challenging environment. • Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews • Help manage the candidate pipeline and progress candidates through interview cycles in a timely and efficient manner • Maintain and manage accurate data in the applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance • Support the team in the planning and execution of recruitment events • Respond to all internal or external recruiting-related inquiries with a sense of urgency and follow up as appropriate • Coordinate other administrative duties surrounding recruiting efforts as needed • Monitor the Recruiting inbox, to ensure a timely response to employee issues and concerns in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field • 1+ years of experience in a Recruitment Coordination /Recruitment Agency/Administration or Coordination role • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills • Experience in a fast-paced, evolving work environment • Initiative to follow through on tasks and problem solve • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to prioritize • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite
