Description
• A Head of Legal/DPO with a wealth of experience in managing complex matters and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. • An expert in drafting, reviewing and negotiating corporate agreements and developing scalable legal processes. • An inspiring leader who is excited by the prospect of joining a scale up and being an integral part of their growth. • This role will report into the Chief Compliance and Risk Officer and will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the legal and DPO program at Flagstone. • You will work closely with various departments to ensure adherence to Legal requirements and industry best practices.
Requirements
• 10+ years spent working as a qualified/licensed attorney and DPO experience • Strong Financial corporate law background and Fintech experience • Experience advising executives. • Experience managing outside counsel. • Strong academic credentials and qualification to practice law in the UK. • A Forward-thinking attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to tackle new challenges. • Phenomenal communication skills and ability to explain sophisticated legal issues clearly and simply. • Exceptional analytical skills, with a business-centric focus on risk. • Strong leadership and team management abilities. • The Ability to manage complex legal matters efficiently. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
