Description
• Seeking a talented, highly motivated, and flexible lawyer to work collaboratively with sales and product organisations • Provide legal support for sales organisation, drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts in support of software-as-a-service offerings • Advice and support to product team as they develop new product features and functionality to be commercialized
Requirements
• Experience as a team player who enjoys partnering with cross-functional teams to solve issues and work collaboratively to generate consensus across diverse points of view • Experience negotiating complex technology transactions on a global basis • Fastidious attention to detail in both oral and written communications
