• Spearhead Go-To-Market strategy for UKI and Nordics region • Lead efforts in supporting existing customer base and seeking potential customers • Develop strong partnerships and collaborate cross-functionally • Build, develop, and inspire a team of successful Account Executives and Account Managers • Be accountable for selling to existing and new customers • Interview, hire, and train new team members • Grow as you go mindset in the workplace
• 10+ years of sales experience • 3+ years of second line leadership experience • Prior experience leading Enterprise Sales teams in the UK market • Understanding of technical and competitive landscape • Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment While not required, it's a plus if you also have: • Additional management experience in a SaaS company • Experience with Figma or other UX/UI tooling • Experience with Command of the Message or MEDDIC sales methodology
