Description
• Support the day-to-day management of Excel Sports Management (ESM) Brand Marketing clients across all sponsorship marketing and activation initiatives • Build and maintain positive client relationships that result in enhanced partnerships and increased ESM opportunities • Support the daily client interaction across brand, property and agency partners to support the sponsorship function and associated programming • Support the development of creative platforms and new consumer engagement activations across current and future client sponsorship opportunities • Coordinate client-vendor relationships and necessary activation deliverables on behalf of clients • Create activation briefs, recaps, event itineraries and staff plans • Plan and support client status calls which include scheduling, preparing agendas, and creating/maintaining status documents, sharing after-action reports/notes and other materials as necessary • Support the Brand Marketing team by reconciling budgets and providing on-going client updates • Support teammates across the group to ensure flawless client-service and a second-to-none agency experience • Conduct research, analysis and provide recommendations in an effort to gain greater knowledge of our industry • Attend client events and activations as required
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required • 1-2 years of experience in sponsorship or brand marketing strategy and activation at a brand, property or agency preferred
