Description
• Help build, mature and scale all aspects of our business as we grow 4-5X within 12 months • Run the engine of the business, including finance and people functions • Facilitate the systematisation, delegation, and automation of key business processes across all functions • Design, prioritise and execute against complex cross-functional initiatives
Requirements
• At least combined six (6) years of experience across operations within a high growth company startup/scale up, as well as experience working in consulting or investment banking (MBB or bulge bracket investment bank preferred) • Successfully built several teams, and have previously managed a span of greater than five (5) team members, and/or teams of teams • Analytical: Whizz with numbers, can synthesise findings into actionable insights • Tech-savvy: Working knowledge of Google Suite, Slack, Notion, and other productivity tools • Strong communicator: Align people around chaos using a variety of mediums
