• 6+ years experience in sales ops/sales enablement/revenue ops, preferably within a fast-growing ecommerce/consumer startup • Experience and proven track record leading the implementation and adoption of a CRM tool, as well as • Experience and proven track record designing and owning the adoption of sales training programs, knowledge bases and more • Stellar interpersonal and communication skills. • Self-motivation, paired with the ability to prioritize and operate autonomously.
