• Diary management: Accurately manage and organize the calendars of the CEO and CFO • Travel coordination: Proactively arrange and manage travel itineraries • Inbox management for CEO: Efficiently handle and prioritize the CEO's email correspondence • Leadership Team (LT) meeting support • Investor meeting coordination • Presentation materials support • Ad-hoc project management • Confidentiality • 15min Screening Call with Team Talent • 1 hour zoom call with the CEO and CFO
Requirements
• Demonstrated expertise in a Executive Assistant capacity or a related position • Exceptional time-management and organizational abilities • Robust communication and interpersonal talents • Proficient in office applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Exemplary discretion and professionalism • Resourceful and capable of working autonomously • Proactive approach and readiness to assume additional responsibilities
