Description

• Executive Assistants at Accurx work at the heart of the business and it offers the perfect fit for someone looking to join a high performing Assistants team. • As Executive Assistant to the CEO you’ll work directly supporting our CEO Jacob to ensure that his day runs as smoothly as possible so he can focus on the company’s priorities and goals. You’ll be carrying out a wide range of duties which could include everything from prioritisation, diary management and managing inboxes, to working side by side with him as he delves into building out our product and go-to-market strategies as we expand into new markets and expand our product offering.

Requirements

• Extensive experience working as a Senior Executive Assistant supporting C-level individuals at the highest level in multiple fast paced organisations • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with colleagues different audiences on behalf of the executive team • Experienced at managing busy diaries, correspondence and email accounts. • Excellent time-management and organisational skills with the ability to work on your own initiative to tight deadlines, using judgement to make decisions and prioritise your workload. • Able to think multiple steps ahead of those you support, actioning potential next steps before they’ve even considered them. • Exceptional attention to detail. • Highly adaptable - to changing priorities, diverse needs of the individuals you support, new software systems, and able to handle the various challenges present in a dynamic workplace. • High performer: you connect to our high-performance principles • Mission-driven: you care about positively impacting the lives of millions • Always collaborating: you place team success over personal success and you enjoy working in an open, collaborative environment. • Demonstrate responsible ownership: when you see something not working, you'll flag it and be part of the solution • Seek continuous improvement: you’re always developing new skills and insights, while exploring ways to do things better • Mindful of balance: you're conscious of your own health and that of others.
