• Working with stakeholders (including department owners, managers, and end-users) to understand needs, challenges, and objectives. • Creating detailed documentation of requirements, including specifications, use cases, and process models. • Mapping business processes to understand workflows and identify inefficiencies and areas of improvement. • Recommending changes or enhancements to business and technology process and enhancements. • Acting as the bridge between different stakeholders and business areas, ensuring that everyone has a common understanding of project goals and requirements. • Facilitating workshops and meetings to gather requirements, validation solutions and ensure alignments. • Managing organisational change by preparing materials, conducting training, and ensuring stakeholders are ready for the new technology and processes.
