Description

• Bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution • Ensure pricing strategies are aligned with business goals and responsive to market demands • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements • Analyse data trends and provide actionable insights • Maintain documentation of business requirements, pricing models, and processes • Prepare reports and visualisations for stakeholders • Identify process optimisation opportunities and drive continuous improvement • Manage pricing-related projects from inception to completion • Evaluate risks associated with pricing projects and provide recommendations

Requirements

• Solid understanding of the insurance industry, ideally in pricing and underwriting processes • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proactive problem solver who can think critically and creatively • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Python) is a plus • Thrive in a team environment and can build strong relationships with cross-functional teams • Ensure accuracy and precision in your work • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
