• Along with the Head of OPMO, lead the planning and develop coherent project strategy. • Initiate and maintain all project artefacts such as budgets, risks and issues logs, project plans, and progress reports. • Set priorities and resolve risks, issues and dependencies as required. • Report on progress as needed through regular status updates. • Initiate and run regular team meetings, update sessions and workshops as needed. • Successfully build and manage relationships both internally and externally. • Use approved project delivery governance processes and policies to enable project oversight and control. • Manage suppliers and 3rd party vendors ensuring deliverables are delivered on time, budget and quality. • Evaluate the progress of the project, taking action to ensure that project goals are achieved. • Work closely with the PMO on processes, reporting, and communication.
• Exhibit calm, decisive and strong leadership • Have a track record of successfully delivering Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation projects such as SAP, MS Dynamics, Oracle, etc., from initiation to closure • Have experience of working with vendors, partners and consultants to implement ERP systems • Have managed the definition and implementation of change management strategies to ensure the successful transition to new systems and processes • Have managed the development of test strategies and plans. Coordinating the test phases of ERP projects including unit, system, integration and user acceptance testing. • Be able to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills at senior levels • Take a structured and detailed approach to planning and delivery • Deliver accurate reporting including to senior leadership teams • Demonstrate proactive management of risks, issues and dependencies. • Ensure that the programme delivers impact and the successful realisation of project benefits.
