Description

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts for the UK market. • Provide legal advice on UK market issues. • Ensure compliance with local regulations. • Identify and manage legal risks. • Manage insurance and corporate legal aspects. • Train internal teams on legal practices and regulations.

Requirements

• Law degree (Bachelor's, Master's or equivalent) with a specialization in business law, commercial law or new technology law. • Minimum 3 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, ideally in the technology, energy or real estate sector. • Experience in a scale-up or in a fast-growing environment is highly appreciated. • Experience in an international environment or with companies operating globally is an asset. • Excellent knowledge of UK commercial law and relevant regulations. • Proven skills in contract drafting and negotiation. • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex files. • Excellent communication and relationship skills. • Proactivity and ability to work independently and in a team. • Fluency in English (main working language) and French. • Comfortable with IT tools and legal software. • Comfortable with project management and task prioritization
