• Founded in 2018, CyberSmart is a VC-backed cyber security scale-up • We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Junior Project Manager to join our team • You will play a crucial role in supporting our go-to-market teams to deliver key projects
• Project Management Basics: You have 1-2 years of experience in Agile project management, with a solid understanding of the fundamentals of project planning, execution, and monitoring. • Facilitation Skills: You have experience in facilitating agile ceremonies, workshops and meetings, ensuring that discussions are productive and that all action items are clearly documented and followed up on. • Data Literacy & Tooling: You have a strong ability and/or interest in working with data, using it to inform decisions and drive project outcomes. You can interpret data from various sources, draw meaningful conclusions, and translate those insights into actionable steps. You are comfortable using data analysis tools and dashboards, and you understand how to leverage data to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. • Remote Work Proficiency: You are experienced in working remotely and asynchronously and have the discipline to manage your time and tasks effectively without the need for constant supervision. • Tool Proficiency: While not mandatory, familiarity with project management tools like Confluence and Jira is a plus. If you don’t have this experience, you are keen to learn and adapt quickly.
