Description

• Deep understanding of web user experience (esp. conversion rate and landing page optimisation, pricing strategy, user journeys) • Design, execute, and measure conversion and price optimisation experiments to further optimise yield • Collaborate with designers and other team members to create landing pages and optimise user experience • Identify insights, trends and correlations, and optimise performance based on those findings. • Evaluate emerging best practices and optimisation strategies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate • Own the solution design of the integration process, collaborating with partners to develop the most optimized solution • Managing multiple partner engagements simultaneously to ensure seamless and successful integrations • Develop trusted advisor status and strong relationships with partners and related stakeholders • Monitor solution data, analyse and forecast where possible. Provide commentary or advice to partners accordingly • Use data to monitor and identify adoption and utilisation trends, as well as identify areas for improvement and growth • Utilise SQL, Kibana, Postman, Google BigQuery, Google Data Studio, and related technologies to troubleshoot issues and identify actionable business growth opportunities for partners

Requirements

• 5 or more years experience in similar role with a B2B SaaS, fintech or e-commerce business • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing growth strategies that drive new and incremental revenue • Understanding of how APIs are implemented • Strong grasp of SQL required • Showcase adeptness in consistently managing multiple projects, ensuring on time delivery and efficient resource utilisation • Strong relationships building skills with both external and internal stakeholders • Can translate complex data into actionable insights that guides strategic decision making processes • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, A postgraduate degree and/or record of academic achievement is also desirable
