• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Solutions Account Manager to join a fantastic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients, identifying upselling opportunities, and cultivating new business prospects within the digital solutions sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on account management and a background in selling software or digital-based solutions.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales or recruitment (preferably tech), focusing on account management and upselling. • Proven track record of success in selling software or digital-based solutions. • Experience in IT recruitment or software recruitment is highly desirable. • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets. • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
