• Leverage analytical skills to support strategic initiatives within Costello Medical • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to support finance function • Produce insightful management accounts and Business Intelligence reports • Champion continuous improvements in financial processes and systems

Requirements

• A qualification in a recognised accountancy qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA • A minimum of 36 months post-qualification experience • A strong understanding of accounting principles and standards • Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques, advanced Excel skills, Power Query, Power BI • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Proactivity and self-motivation with the ability to work independently and in a team • Exceptional attention to detail and high-quality work commitment • Willingness to diversify experience and embrace new challenges
