Description
• The Creator Growth Manager is a pivotal role in the launch of the UK division of ShopYourLikes • Drive creator growth and acquisition within the ShopYourLikes community • Measure success by increasing revenue via new creator sign ups and establishing partnerships with agencies and talent management companies • Coach creators to leverage a playbook to accelerate their earnings
Requirements
• 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator monetization • 2+ years of experience in influencer client services, talent management or influencer client development (bizdev) on the creator side • Ability to foster and create strong connections in the influencer talent space • Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue goals • Clear understanding of the affiliate creator business • Tremendous attention to detail in content analysis and creator communication • Passion for creators and strong ability to understand the impact of engagement • The natural ability to collaborate • A beat on social media virality, pop-culture, and trends • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools
