Description
• Responsible for ensuring the integrity of all finance systems • Ensuring completeness and accuracy of data across finance systems • Assist with finance system permissions and ensuring segregation of duties • Process finance systems related tickets in Service Now • Work with stakeholders to design and build finance reports • Work to eliminate finance offline processes • Investigate system issues and resolve in a timely way • Be a point of contact for all finance systems support • Provide ongoing support and training on finance systems
Requirements
• Ability to communicate openly, honestly, clearly and effectively • Highly organised with excellent time management skills • Must be able to work within a team • Able to provide support and guidance to people at all levels • Enjoy solving problems and helping others • Ability to think analytically and logically • Good team player with a collaborative style • Previous system accounting experience helpful • SQL helpful but not essential • Microsoft Office applications especially Excel • SAP Business One / ERP finance module knowledge • Able to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail • Knowledge of controls and processes relating to finance • Good knowledge of finance and accounting principles • Previous experience working with systems in a finance department
