• Support the Operational Risk team by covering the Finance business unit from a 2LOD operational risk perspective. • Assist Finance stakeholders in capturing and documenting risk events and ensure compliance with the Risk Framework. • Review and challenge Finance key controls' design and operating effectiveness. • Perform root cause analyses of identified risk events. • Analyze trends in Key Risk Indicators and support stakeholders in addressing QA fails for risks. • Drive and instill a good Risk Culture with stakeholders and participate in relevant governance fora. • Monitor Framework adherence and interface with key stakeholders and Senior Management Committees. • Facilitate risk management capability improvements across CLS. • Lead risk management education and training as appropriate.
• Judgement and decision making • Communication & Influence • Teamwork & Professionalism • Able to work independently, as required • Background/subject-matter-expert (SME) of both compliance topics and financial crime/anti-money laundering subjects (able to articulate anticipated areas of risk, knowledge of industry practice/standards of regulatory compliance and anti-financial crime/anti-money laundering mitigation, processes and practices) • Experience in MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Visio, RSA Archer, Reporting Platform including PowerBi or Tableau
