• Set and steer the design vision across our B2B and Affiliate portfolio, acting as the primary brand guardian for all creative assets. • Create a unique look and feel for our output across B2B and Affiliate brands, ensuring brand differentiation and recognition. • Design high-quality materials including digital assets for web and mobile, as well as printed magazines for live event distribution. • Implement original design concepts and oversee the creative process from initial brief to final delivery. • Develop creative solutions that align with and support strategic brand objectives. • Ensure and maintain brand consistency across all design touch points and deliverables. • Work closely with stakeholders to conceptualize and develop engaging designs that effectively communicate brand and marketing messages. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all visual assets.
• Significant experience in a digital design role, preferably in a B2B setting, showcasing a strong portfolio of diverse, outstanding creative work. • Exceptional visual design skills with a proven ability to create and implement design systems and style guides. • In-depth knowledge of design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma. • Demonstrable experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve design objectives. • A proven track record of delivering high-quality digital assets across web and mobile platforms. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across various departments effectively. • Experience working in a high-volume digital business, with a strong understanding of best practices and processes to optimize design workflows.
