Description
• Responsible for defining strategic vision and creating product roadmaps aligned to Civica's goals. • Lead by example, executing product strategy across a suite of products. • Oversee lifecycle management of product portfolio, ensuring alignment with company mission. • Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and market research to inform product decisions. • Plan and execute successful product launches collaborating with the Product Marketing team.
Requirements
• Strong Product Management skills, with extensive experience working in a senior product role leading multiple products and product teams • Proven track record of developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth • Demonstratable experience in leading high performing cross functional teams to achieve individual and team goals • Experience working in software or product led organisations, launching and growing multiple products • Capable of prioritising features, requirements, and tasks based on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility • Driving force behind building and executing a product roadmap and strategy that aligns with customer needs and company goals • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success • Flexible to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and business priorities • Strong problem-solving skills to overcome technical, business, and customer challenges • Experience crafting compelling stories to communicate product vision, value, and benefits to various stakeholders at different levels
