Description

• Senior search marketing manager role at Wowcher & LivingSocial. • Working alongside the Head of Marketing to develop strategies for non-branded search and shopping campaigns. • Focus on driving new subscriber acquisition and growing existing customer engagement. • All decisions will be data-driven and aligned with CPR, Customer LTV, and ROI KPIs.

Requirements

• 2 – 3 years’ experience in search marketing. • Hands-on experience with designing and executing paid search and shopping campaigns aligned with business objectives. • Leverage data to understand the customer journey within search marketing. • Motivated, enthusiastic, and keen to progress within an e-commerce marketing team. • Independent, structured, and precise work ethic. • Ability to think, investigate, and drill into data, spotting important trends. • Excellent numerical and analytical competency. • Excellent communication skills and ability to understand commercial implications of data. • Ability to interpret data, tables, and charts. • Present data and insights to senior management. • Understanding of different attribution models impacting marketing strategies. • Experience with subscriber cohort analysis and understanding engagement changes. • 2+ years of Excel modelling experience. • 2+ years managing a project and/or team. • Experience with SQL, Adobe Omniture, and Python beneficial but not mandatory. • Extensive knowledge of Google Ads and Bing. • Experience in marketing, advertising, or growth. • Ability to process and analyse data sets for business decisions. • Strong communication and influencing skills.
