• Growing relationships with our affiliates and partners to achieve professional sign up and consumer inquiry targets. • Driving the acquisition of new affiliates. • Cultivating top-performing affiliates. • Developing underperforming partner affiliates. • Owning and delivering the overall affiliate strategy and incentive/rewards program ensuring the program continues to evolve and remain competitive. • Monitoring and reporting on profitability and have the commercial skills to identify opportunities accordingly. • Driving strategic partnerships. • Developing the partner ecosystem across the relevant verticals to support scaling of Unbiased nationally. • Creating strategic relationships that will lead to successful business models for our partners and Unbiased. • Analyzing relevant ventures and size market opportunities to identify targets and goals within Unbiased aligned to expectations and ensure delivery against plans. • Managing pipeline information and partner relationships to identify potential new business leads, growth opportunities, or future competitive trends. • Presenting to and consulting with management on business trends with a view to developing and/or scaling partnerships. • Developing and execute the partnership strategies and programs. • Developing a testing roadmap for key relationships, to ensure we constantly learn and refine our activity. • Commercial and tactical nous – having a strong understanding of ROI.
• Experience working in financial services, experience at a bank or a price comparison site is a plus! • A results-driven approach. • Great sales technique with a determination to succeed in selling the program to affiliates and a proven track record of creating, negotiating, and closing partner deals. • Worked with a network affiliate partner or managed affiliate platform • Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership. • Capacity to get things done at short notice while collaborating with internal and external partners. • Data-focused and curious • Excellent communication skills
