• Guide and execute pitch coordination – timelines, deliverables, design and pitch theatre needs, ensuring high quality of response from RFI to final pitch. • Ensure the ongoing development and continual improvement of our creds and case studies. • Prospecting support – identifying and researching potential new business opportunities. • Be Medialab’s Hubspot champion, ensuring we get the best out of the system. • Support with the delivery of the agency's marketing plan, working with the Business Development Executive on the delivery of tasks across social channels, website and blog, awards, events, thought leadership, video content and PR.
• Exceptional level of attention to detail • Excellent organisational skills • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Hubspot) • Strong PowerPoint skills • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experience in a new business/business development team in a media/tech organisation, ideally in a media agency or experience as a media planner or client lead, wanting to move into a business development role • Media agency or media owner experience essential
