Description
•Define and prioritise requirements for our SaaS web and mobile products. •Write clear, concise requirements and user stories for the design and engineering teams. •Work closely with the product and the development team to deliver features and track progress. •Coordinate with other product owners to ensure the delivery of a cohesive product. •Gain exposure working directly with existing and prospective customers to understand pain points and build solutions. •Gain a deep understanding of the customer experience and user personas to identify product gaps and generate new ideas.
Requirements
•Some exposure to product development, product ownership, or business analysis in an Agile environment (internship or work experience). •A passion for technology and problem-solving, with a customer-focused mindset. •Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. •Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment. •A proactive, can-do attitude and a collaborative approach. •Enthusiasm for hybrid working and creating solutions that benefit end-users. •An interest in SaaS platforms and building user-friendly digital products. •Experience working in a fast-paced tech startup environment (internships or projects) would be great.
