Description

• As a Product Manager working in the B2C area of Sell My Car, you’ll join one of our existing product teams focused on delivering the best experience for new and returning sellers • You’ll take the lead in figuring out how we attract, engage, and retain more sellers through a transaction that is both complex and high-stakes • Lead the Seller Experience team creating a clear product direction and ensuring a shared sense of pride and ownership throughout the product delivery process • Understand and empathise with seller needs to deliver solutions that turn a “necessary chore” into a painless - even delightful and exhilarating - experience • Confidently inspire and influence stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for key initiatives that deliver balanced value to sellers, partners, and business • Actively participate in hands-on product discovery, guide experimentation, and define crystal clear product requirements to collaboratively ship a best-in-class seller experience • Explore and analyse both qualitative and quantitative data to identify and prioritise areas of greatest opportunity

Requirements

• Track Record Working with Product Growth Metrics: Past experience in improving acquisition, activation, engagement and monetisation • Building Strong Stakeholder Relationships: Skilled in navigating relationships with a wide variety of business stakeholders with diplomacy • Willingness to Learn and Scale: Eagerness to learn and engage across the product function and the broader business as it scales • Tackling Work as a Team: Openness to collaborate seamlessly and without ego with Tech Leads, Designers, Engineers, and the wider business • Be Responsible and Trusted: Taking responsibility for your work and commit to delivering high-quality results consistently • B2C / PLG Experience: great if you’ve worked on B2C products that leverage product-led growth strategies to drive acquisition, activation, and engagement • Scale-up Experience: working with teams in a high-growth environment, able to balance a bias for action with the ability to reflect and refine process for sustained growth • Product Management Experience: ideally, around >1.5 years of prior Product Management experience
