•Responsible for overseeing event production across various venues. •Manage all aspects of event production including logistics and staff coordination. •Work closely with event planners to develop timelines and budgets. •Ensure timely order and delivery of equipment and supplies. •Oversee smooth on-site production of events. •Create and implement event safety plans. •Manage event budgets and track expenses. •Troubleshoot issues during events to ensure smooth operation. •Maintain professionalism and customer service to satisfy clients. •Develop client relationships to generate new opportunities. •Provide event-specific information to the sales and marketing team.
•At least 3-5 years of experience in event production. •Strong organisational and project management skills. •Good technical understanding across sound, lighting, video and power. •Experience working in large venues and a good understanding of rigging. •Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and contractors. •Experience working with event production software and tools, such as Vectorworks and CRM software. •Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed. •Knowledge of event industry best practices and trends. •Proficient in Microsoft/Google packages.
