Description
• Manage and consult with functional teams on project needs • Develop strategies for project management based on internal capabilities • Provide insight into project concepts, coordinate team activities • Manage a portfolio of projects and report on performance • Collaborate with teams on strategy for project execution • Guide documentation of business requirements and QA planning • Analyze risks and develop mitigation plans • Coordinate efforts of cross-functional team members
Requirements
• 4-year degree in marketing, business administration, or related field • 3+ years in project management (5 preferred) with CSM (Scrum) experience • 3+ years experience in at least 2 areas: research, marketing, recruitment, etc • Proven ability managing large-scale projects • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills • Strong knowledge of project management tools and activities • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Professional oral and written communication skills • Ability to establish positive relationships at all levels of the organization • Excellent customer service orientation and handling high-profile Academic Partners • Perform non-local travel up to 25% • High degree of personal ownership and accountability
