Description

• Support in the creation, maintenance and improvement of newly created templates/reports for past, current and future years. • Support in monitoring and reviewing forecasts to ensure accuracy and timely updates. Examine cost reports and raise concerns when necessary • Examine costs and produce analysis reports for internal and external stakeholders. • Support in the creation and maintenance of dashboards • Support detailed event cost budgeting process. Analyse and understand budget numbers. • Support with Ad hoc requests/projects.

Requirements

• Excellent excel/google sheets skills (vlookups, pivots, sumifs) • Flair for evaluating problems and proposing solutions independently • Well organised, with the ability to keep respecting strict deadlines in a fast paced and high growth environment • A sense of pride in maintaining an accurate set of budgeting and tracking files. • Positive, “can do” attitude with the desire to take ownership of assigned tasks and projects. • Possess a natural curiosity and proactive ability to quickly pick-up new tasks whilst working autonomously. • Good communicator, ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. • Ability to quickly establish credibility with multiple non-financial creative budget holders
