Description

• Provide personalised financial advice and planning services to clients. • Analyse clients' financial status and develop strategies to meet their financial goals. • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice. • Manage ongoing reviews in line with client service agreements. • Provide intelligent and creative solutions to client issues both reactively and proactively. • Learn, understand and be able to successfully articulate all aspects of the firm’s financial planning proposition. • Complete Continuous Professional Development to meet regulatory requirements, obtain annual CPD and personal development needs. • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and financial plans. • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Hold a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning • Strong experience in an advisory or technical role gained within an advisory firm • Experience using and delivering a full range of provider products, services, and capabilities • Minimum of 18 months experience in a client-facing role, skilled in building and maintaining excellent client and internal relationships, within all parts of the business
