• Proactive, collaborative, highly organised Finance Manager / Management Accountant with great attention to detail • Ownership of cash flow reporting and analysis • Internal and external financial reporting, including preparation of three-way financial statements • Day-to-day bookkeeping and journal entries, working closely with our outsourced bookkeeper • Manage the audit process throughout the year to fulfil requests and answer audit queries • Work closely with commercial finance to support business planning and forecasting • Partnering with teams across the business to manage their spend and ROI of initiatives
• A high level of competence in Excel or Google Sheets • Have a technical understanding of FRS102 (and / or Dutch GAAP) and how this applies to day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping • An ability to work as part of a team with a flexible approach in order to adapt to changing working requirements • A proactive approach to do whatever needs to be done to ensure that the group’s finances are accurate • Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines and an eye for detail and accuracy • Great interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with clients and colleagues at all levels • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • ACA, ACCA or CIMA (part-) qualified or QBE • Experience working in industry (a background in professional services e.g. Big 4 or similar is also advantageous but not essential) • Excellent knowledge of accounting softwares such as NetSuite or equivalent • Prior experience owning finance processes and analysis in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Outstanding quantitative skills • Some experience working with a multi-national group company structure, multiple currencies and international consolidations (not essential)
