• Managing onboarding projects with schools moving to a Key Group MIS • Managing the data migration process and ensuring tasks are completed • Creating and maintaining onboarding resources (Arbor Training Hub, Help Centre) • Prepare, plan and lead internal and external calls and meetings • Managing all questions and queries relating to the onboarding process • Managing risk, change and escalation as appropriate • Responsible for overall project success and customer outcomes • Supporting the Programme teams with project administration • Utilise company software systems to cleanse data and generate accurate reports
• Experience working in either a project, customer support, admin or software background desirable • Ability to work as a team player and willingness to get stuck in • Effective communication with customers • Strong organisation and attention to detail • Ability to interpret data to understand schools needs • Capable of working effectively within an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and results-oriented culture • Ability to find solutions that will deliver outcomes • Proficient in Microsoft and Mac OS Platforms • Willingness to travel to client sites
