Description
•Interact with all parts of the firm to develop talent. •Support Senior Talent Acquisition and Development Adviser. •Create and deliver attraction plans to meet firm’s needs. •Own the full recruitment cycle for support-level roles. •Facilitate smooth onboarding process for new hires. •Identify learning needs, design learning solutions, coordinate workshops. •Drive best practices in recruitment and provide guidance to hiring managers.
Requirements
•Background in learning and development or HR •Strong understanding of recruitment •Experience with schools/colleges/universities with STEM activities, work experience, or apprenticeships advantageous
