Description
• Drive complex sourcing strategies and navigate complexity within a growing global matrixed organization. • Lead supplier selection, RFP, and negotiation process. • Proven ability to drive value creation including cost reduction and avoidance. • Act as an advisor to BU stakeholders on market insights and supplier selection. • Maintain strong external focus leveraging industry peers and associations. • Communicate effectively and frequently, listen carefully, and value others' perspectives. • Propose and drive opportunities for optimal value through analysis of current spend. • Idea maker and change agent for process improvement implementation. • Explore and evaluate sourcing options to find suppliers that best meet business needs. • Manage preferred supplier relationships and analyze category spend.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Experience in purchasing/sourcing with bulk in indirect spend • Experience in Technology, Finance or other corporate function negotiation, SOW development, and execution • Expertise in converting business requirements into scoped project requirements capable of becoming statements of work. • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment • Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and negotiating skills • Proficiency in Contract Lifecycle Management tools, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Management Tools required
