• Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates • Advising managers; managing relocations and intern program • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements • Determines applicant qualifications by conducting field & office interviews • Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and qualifications • Manages new employee relocation • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities • Attend job and career fairs, field recruiting events • Manage field manpower scheduling including direct hire versus temps • Ensure apprentices are on track with OTJ learning • Lead, organize, and implement training camps
