Description
• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules. • Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability and performance. • Implement changes and enhancements to the ServiceNow environment. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
Requirements
• Strong experience in ServiceNow development and administration. • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant programming languages. • Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • SC Clearance is mandatory.
