• Manage client campaigns from strategy/pitch to implementation. • Manage campaign timelines and implementation plans. • Liaise with clients/stakeholders to manage project expectations. • Manage client account administration in a professional and timely manner, ensuring deadlines are managed and met. • Coordinate with internal Creative and Production teams to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns, time management, and deliverables. • Provide regular updates on project deliverables to senior members of the team. • Prepare and manage campaign budgets, ongoing reconciliations with client/suppliers/stakeholders with sign off and approval from an Account Director. • Liaise with suppliers to source and track campaign costs. • Build strong relationships and regularly liaise with your assigned. • Attend client meetings.
• 3+ years of experience in an events agency or event production role. • Good financial acumen. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Office/Word. • Very strong attention to detail. • In-depth knowledge of experiential marketing campaigns/activities.
