• Partner with Account Executives and Account Directors to drive technical implementation and adoption for customers through demonstrations and discovery • Become a SME for the entire AlertMedia platform and understand it’s offerings for all segments • Proactively identify any potential customer technical problems and provide detailed solutions while taking a consultative approach • Effectively communicate technical concepts and serve as the point of contact for any RFPs and technical collateral • Guide customers through any necessary evaluation process to ensure all needs are met and exceeded • Document best practices during to ensure efficiency and continuously improve customer experience • Communicate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to identify areas of opportunity and advancement within the AlertMedia platform.
• 3+ years of Solution or Pre-Sales Engineering experience, ideally supporting Mid-Market and Enterprise level customers • Ability to successfully solve complex technical business challenges by taking a consultative, customer-first approach • Experience working with a US-headquartered company in the Northern European market is preferred • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize • Highly organized and ability to succeed in an ever-changing environment • Self-starter and team player, willing to jump in as needed • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills, with a commitment to providing outstanding support
