• As a Solutions Engineering Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of five, supporting both Enterprise and SME sales organisations across EMEA. • You will partner with a broad set of stakeholders, from Engineering Leads and Product Managers to C-level executives, to deliver product demos, propose solutions that meet customer goals, and own the technical components of our end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring the successful technical delivery of our products. • This role is critical in helping our customers realise the full benefits of our technologies. • You will manage the local team's performance, enable the team to meet customer needs and oversee successful go-lives while ensuring we have the right processes and capabilities to support our global growth strategy. • As our team continues to grow, you will play a pivotal role in shaping its future and driving impactful results
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline, with strong academic achievements • 8+yrs experience working in a similar customer-facing engineering role such as solution consultant, solutions architect, or sales engineer, for a global software enterprise; 2+ years in team-leader capacity • Strong organisational/time management skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities while working with multiple opportunities and customers • Strong problem-solving mindset, comfortable working with customers, partners, and the Airwallex Engineering team to develop new products and solutions • Executive engagement skills and presence, with an ability to establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and build credibility at all levels
