Description

• We are in search of a self-motivated, solution-oriented and experienced Engineering Manager (m/f/d) with focus on Application Development. • You will work with global peers on teams dedicated to areas of the product portfolio. • You will be responsible for leading the continued enhancement and development of consumer-facing applications. • This position reports to the Director of Engineering.

Requirements

• Have a minimum of 10 years of overall experience. • Have experience with performance and optimization problems. • Have strong proficiency in Flutter/Dart and a deep understanding of its ecosystem. • Have experience in multi-platform production development using Flutter from a single codebase. • Have strong experience of building user-friendly, responsive, efficient user experiences. • Have strong experience of leading the team in delivering production quality products according to industry standards. • Have strong technical documentation skills, including the C4 Model and Architectural Decision Records. • Have experience with languages like Javascript, Typescript, Node.js or React. • Have expertise in cloud computing and native environments. • Care about privacy by design, security, testing, high-performance systems. • Enjoy leading the engineering team in a fast-paced startup environment. • Enjoy mentoring others, with a clear inclination towards communication and inclusion.
