Description

• As a Product Lead at Adthena, ensure excellence in product department. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product strategies. • Lead and mentor a team of product managers and UX Designer. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis for product innovation. • Oversee end-to-end product development process for timely, budget-friendly releases. • Champion exceptional user experience by collaborating with design and engineering teams. • Work with marketing on go-to-market strategies and product messaging. • Utilize data to monitor product performance and drive enhancements. • Advocate for customers in the product development process. • Develop and deliver product training programs for internal teams and customers.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in leading and managing product teams, driving product strategy, and delivering successful products to market. • Strong proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use data to make informed decisions and recommendations. • A visionary mindset with the ability to think strategically and anticipate future market needs. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to overcome challenges. • Experience working with products with large amounts of data
