• Define Monetisation Strategy for the Booksy marketplace, ensuring alignment with broader strategic objectives while implementing innovative monetisation models that maximise revenue and enhance user experience. • Develop and communicate a clear product vision focused on monetisation, guiding cross-functional teams in alignment with the strategic objectives. • Lead product discovery processes to uncover insights that drive monetisation, ensuring a deep understanding of market trends and competitor strategies. • Strategically align monetisation projects across multiple teams, prioritising initiatives that support overall company revenue goals. • Design and execute user research studies to inform monetisation strategies, ensuring product alignment with various markets and customer segments. • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-departmental teams, communicating monetisation strategies clearly to senior management and stakeholders. • Analyse data to craft and evaluate complex hypotheses that influence monetisation strategy, ensuring data-driven decisions that drive business impact.
• Experience in product management with a strong focus on monetisation strategies, business model development, and market research. • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through innovative monetisation approaches within digital marketplaces or similar platforms. • Experience mentoring and developing Product Managers, particularly in the areas of monetisation, strategy, and agile methodologies. • Strong technical competence in product management tools and methodologies, especially related to monetisation projects. • Expertise in agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean, and proficiency in managing the product development lifecycle. • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies across all levels of the organisation and inspire teams to achieve high performance. • Strategic mindset with the ability to craft, evaluate, and implement hypotheses that drive monetisation success while enhancing overall user experience.
