Description

• Product Designers at Accurx are embedded members of cross-functional teams. • Work alongside cross-functional teammates to define goals and coordinate feature releases. • Support the design community by contributing to regular design team sessions. • Participate in building and improving processes across the organisation. • Join the Mobile Navigation Team or The Conversation Pod.

Requirements

• Proven work experience in a Senior Product Design role, focusing on mobile products • Can make significant contributions to the longer-term strategy for mobile design • Demonstrable, human-centred product design skills • Establish yourself as an expert in optimised mobile experience • Strong technical understanding and work effectively with engineering teammates • Experience contributing to a design system and embrace modular working • High performer: connect to high-performance principles • Mission-driven: care about positively impacting lives • Always collaborating: place team success over personal success • Demonstrate responsible ownership: flag and solve issues • Seek continuous improvement: developing new skills and insights • Mindful of balance: conscious of health and focus efforts.
